The jury of eight women and four men deliberated for about eight hours, beginning Thursday evening and continuing Friday morning.     Clark Fork Valley Hospital (CFVH) has received its first shipment of the COVID-19 vaccine, CEO Dr. Gregory Hanson announced Tuesday.     The Town of Plains has secured the last piece of funding to relocate its wastewater treatment facility. Last week, the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) announced a grant worth $5,148,500 for the project.
