    Montana Tech's men's and women's track and field teams brought home titles from the Frontier Conference Championship held in billings last week. It was the second straight conference title for the Oredigger women and the first title for the men's program, according to a Montana Tech press release.     The Plains-Hot Springs Savage Horsemen pulled off two victories, both from behind and in the final inning and in their final home games of the season. On Friday, the Savage Horsemen took on the Mission Bulldogs and never had the lead until the last inning. The Bulldogs took a 3-1 lead in the first inning. Team members Mike Baxter, Ben Mummert, Bill Nolen and Mike Thilmony shot a combined gross of 165 last week and the team is sitting in first place with 28.5 points.     The Plains Junior High track team took top honors at the Sanders County Track Meet at Plains School Friday and a seventh grade Horseman broke a five-year record.     The top 10 athletes in each event earned a spot to compete in the Russ Plicher Top 10 meet in Missoula last Tuesday. There were 35 schools represented throughout western Montana. Blue Hawk Senior Ellie Baxter earned eighth place in the 3,200 meter in a time of 11:56.75 and a personal best. Baxter is a double contender, also participating in golf this season.     Warm Spring weather and tough competition was the theme for the Whitefish A.R.M. Invitational meet in Whitefish last Saturday. Twelve varsity teams and 10 junior varsity teams faced challengers in 17 events. Thompson Falls, Hot Springs and Plains track and field teams all participated.
