    There's a new voice in Sanders County and it can be heard on the airwaves circulating from Plains. Raf Viniard of Plains created Clark Fork River Radio Station as Internet station CFRR on FM 91.9 located in a separate studio building at his Plains residence.     The 2023-24 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team was announced recently with 1,497 women's collegiate golfers from 412 programs recognized with this prestigious honor. Carroll College had three players recognized for their academic achievements over the past year.     Montana State University has announced its undergraduate honor rolls for spring semester 2024. Lydia French of Plains was named to the President’s List, earning a 4.0 GPA for the semester.
