    Justin John Mielke appeared before Judge Molly Owen on Tuesday for an initial appearance on new charges, as well as a petition to revoke probation for a previous case that he was sentenced for in April. Mielke entered not guilty pleas to a felony count of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence, first offense.     Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks continues to work on a multi-year project in the Lower Clark Fork near Noxon in Sanders County to better understand what is influencing elk populations.     The Sanders County Aquatic Invasive Plants (AIP) IP Task Force oversees treatment of Eurasian Watermilfoil (EWM) in Noxon and Cabinet Gorge reservoirs each year.
