    The Sanders County Board of Health last week voted to accept a Communicable Disease Surveillance Protocol, a document that has taken nearly a year to revise and adopt.     The Sanders County Commissioners chose a familiar face to fill the position of Clerk and Recorder, Treasurer and Superintendent of Schools for the county.
