First Security Bank shot the low team gross of 171 and clinched the second-half title to highlight action in Wednesday Night Men’s League action at River’s Bend last week.
In the other big highlight of the evening, Ron’s Limping Dinos, the team formerly known as Ron’s Running Dinos, shot the low team net of 139.
First Security will now face off with first-half winner Wild Coyote for the 2018 league championship this Wednesday.
Mike Baxter, Michael Scharfe, Bill Nolen and Ben Mummert did the swinging for First Security last week while Jesse Mack, Marc Terrazas, Bruce Sterling and Ray Marshall did the limping for the Dinos.
Ryan Ostwald shot the low individual gross of 37 and Steve Anderson captured low net honors with a 31.
In pin play, Mummert was closest to the pin in 3 on No. 2, Randy Hojem rolled in the long putt on No. 3, Baxter was closest to the pin off the tee on No. 5, Chuck Manry converted the long putt on No. 6, Ron Beaty was closest to the pin on No. 8, Mike Gilmore hit the long drive on No. 9, and Terrazas hit the long 55+ drive on No. 9.
