Spooky fun set for Trout Creek Park

The Trout Creek Community Improvement Association (TCCIA) is inviting area families to join them at they transform the Trout Creek Park into a haunted maze on Halloween.

Haunted park chairperson Jean Manning with the TCCIA has been planning the event for weeks, making sure to provide a fun and spooky time for children and adults.

The fun begins at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, with trips through the maze and roaming through the graveyard. On the agenda is a costume contest, a performance by Dance Xplosion, and a bobbing for worms in dirt competition.

The haunting will continue until 9 p.m., rain or shine, with a bonfire, tricks, treats, and free hot cocoa, coffee and cider. Free glow sticks will be provided.
