Double H Dirt puts hurt on Tuesday men

Double H Dirt put the hurt on the field in Tuesday Night Men’s League golfing action at River’s Bend last week.

With Double H Dirt Works leader Scott Pardee shooting the low individual gross round of 39, and his dirty team members Ty Pardee, Jake Helvey and Tom Kirkland playing along, the Dirt brothers arrived at the low team gross of 179 to jump into the league lead.

Kirkland also wound up with low individual net of 30 to add to Double H Dirt’s night of domination.

When the dust had settled, Double H Dirt Works was in the league lead with 50.5 team points while Shanks a Lot sits in second with 46.

Those Shanks a Lot golfers Rusty Haggard, Ron Beaty, Charlie Hooten and Jens Jantzen shot the low team net of 134 for the week.

In hole play, Rick Hagedorn was closest to the pin in 3 on No. 2, Mike Gilmore chased in the long putt on No. 3, Kirkland was closest to the pin on No. 5, Doug Czerwinski knocked down the long putt on No. 6, Shaun Wilkinson was closest to the pin on No. 8 and Dave Garr ripped the long 55+ drive on No. 9.

Steve Anderson collected the only chip-in of the evening on No. 5.
