Tuesday men celebrate another great season

In the end, the Double H Dirt Works guys buried the competition; and the Tuesday Night Men’s League celebrated the occasion with their annual, season-ending play night at River’s Bend last week.

Double H Dirt players Jake Helvey, Ty Pardee, Scott Pardee, Russ Yeager and Tom Kirkland marked the winning moment by shooting the low team gross round of the week for old time’s sake.

In hole play, Rusty Haggard sank the long putt on No. 3, Howard Morkert was closest to the pin off the tee on No. 5, Dave Petteys put the long putt on No. 6 to bed, Ron Beaty was closest to the pin on No. 8, Scott Pardee hammered the long drive on No. 9 and Mike Bates smashed the long 55+ drive on No. 9.

Carter Meyer bagged the only chip-in shot of the evening on No. 5.
