Coming off a lackluster home loss to Libby before the holidays, the Hawks were all business, and all action in Plains.
"That was nice to see us get off the snide like that," coach Jake Mickelson said of the win, Thompson Falls' first of the 2019-2020 season. "We needed a good game to get everyone back on the same page for the rest of the season.
"There is still a lot of basketball to be played," he added, "and we want to be playing our best at the end of the season when it counts the most."
