First Security Bank golfers Dan Whittenburg, Bill Nolen, Ben Mummert and Mike Thilmony scored the low team gross of 176 in Wednesday Night Men’s league play to stay in first in the standings last week at River’s Bend.
TRL (Paul Flemmer, Bruce Sterling, Shawn Morgan and Gene Wooden) posted the low team net of 138, as Flemmer shot the low individual gross of 38 and Nolen the low net of 32.
In hole play, Flemmer was closest to the pin in three on No. 2, Jesse Mosher was good with the long putt on No. 3, River’s Bend legend Jesse Mack was closest to the pin on No. 5, Wally Gibe dropped in the long putt on No. 6, Mike Normandin was closest to the pin on No. 8, Kelly Kovarik hit the long drive on No. 9 and John Torres the long 55+ drive on No. 9.
Flemmer, Kovarik, Whittenburg, Gibe, Bernie Groshong and Bruce Sterling all made chip-in shots Wednesday.
