Mitchell, Garr, Wooden lead Gang

The Over the Hill Gang took advantage of another warm late spring day Monday at River’s Bend. Will Mitchell shot a 39 for the low men’s gross while Scott Garr had a low net of 31 and Barb Wooden had the low women’s net of 36. Garr also had a chip-in on No. 15, as did Ed Mack on No. 16.

Lana Nolen and Chuck Manry smashed the longest drives on No. 18, Manry sank the long putt on No. 13 and Mack was closest to the pin on No. 14. Dave Petteys was closest to the pin in two on No. 10, Mike Normandin’s putt was longest on No. 12 and Gary Thompson’s drive was longest on No. 15. On the greens, Wooden (No. 11), Doug Deck (No. 17), Dave Garr (No. 18), Bary Moore (No. 16) and Jesse Mack (No. 15) also had long putts.
